The Best Blogging Job In The World

Day 124: I’ve taken to laying in the sand beneath the hammock rather than on top of it. This is really great. You can’t fall out that way. The only problem, as far as I’ve noticed, is tan lines. Lots of criss-cross lines. I think I’m starting to look like Spiderman.

The rum boat came in today. I’ve been trying to get them to bring in whiskey and gin. No luck so far. It’s just rum, rum, rum and Lao Lao, a kind of rice based moonshine from Laos. It’s not bad when mixed with Coke.

Day 123: Went swimming. Again. Started to pick at the peeling skin on my back, tried to see if I could pull off full sheets. Got one that was at least 2 inches wide. Cool.

This is a video of a turtle that I took yesterday:

Oh it’s gonna take 15 hours to upload. Stupid 128kb modem. Whatever.

It’s only 11 am, but it’s 7 pm in New York, so I’m going to have a drink with KatieBakes via video chat while I lounge on my hammock.

That hot Dutch guy walked by my hut again. He’s hot.

Okay, I’m going to go take a nap.
