Performance reviews are another dumb corporate habit that should be dropped. You pay people based on market prices and available budget, not some phony objective assessment of performance. And your performance review is only making your employees hate their managers. Just cut it out.

Comedy Central should develop a Mad Money-esque finance show to accompany The Daily Show and Colbert Report, and it should be hosted by Rob Corddry.
Pitch it!
It should be hosted by John Carney, and he should be drinking from a handle of whiskey the whole time. In the opening credits, he will wear a suit with his trademark blue skull tie, giant dollar-sign bling, Kanye sunglasses, and a feather boa as he dances with buxom Botoxed blondes dressed as Fox Business anchors.
